As the occasion arises, Woodmont Books will publish original nonfiction works of high quality coming reasonably within the category of Texana.  Reprints may also be issued from time to time.  We are glad to consider for publication original works and annotated reprints of earlier books.

Interested authors should furnish the following information:

• A summary of the work proposed for publication, a list of existing books dealing with the subject matter, and reasons why your work supplies material omissions or inadequacies in those books

• Your qualifications for dealing with the subject matter

• At least three chapters of your manuscript, typed double space on one side of each page; or an equivalent if you propose annotations for a reprint

• A list of chapter headings, together with two or three sentences describing generally the content of each remaining chapter

• Special opportunities that you see for marketing your work if published

• A self-addressed, stamped envelope if you desire return of the foregoing materials

• Your e-mail address
